Description

From excavations made by Hugh O'Neill Hencken in 1931. The sherds comprise: (i) a sherd with decorative vertical slashes, probably a variant of a type 4 Romano-British cooking pot (accession number 1934.100.26); (ii) an iron age south-western decorated pottery sherd (accession number 1934.100.29) and (iii) an iron age south-western decorated pottery sherd with ‘duck’ stamps (accession number 1934.100.27).
