Description

Isokon Flats, or Isokon Building, is a block of 36 flats designed by Wells Coates in the Modern Movement style. The flats were built in 1933-34 for furniture manufacturers Jack and Molly Pritchard. The block was the first block of flats built in Britain in a fully modern style, and are a Grade I Listed building.
