Description

The Circle is a striking Post Modern development designed by CZWG (Campbell Zogolovitch Wilkinson & Gough) and built in 1987-89. It was a pioneering large-scale development and used 'fast-track' construction methods introduced by Lehrer McGovern. This included a steel dry envelope system to enable the fitting out of interiors while work could continue on the exterior.
