Cecil Rhodes House was designed by Thomas Sibthorpe of the St Pancras Borough's Architect Department, and was built in 1948-1950. In 2021 a new name, 'Park House', was voted for by residents of the block following a review by Camden Council into individuals memorialised in the borough.
