Description

In addition to providing a recreational space for family and guests, the Long Gallery is known to have also acted as a meeting space for the family to meet with servants and estate workers.

This illustration was reproduced in black and white on page 16 of the 1993 English Heritage guidebook for Kirby Hall, with a cropped colour version the illustration later reproduced on page 12 of the 2000 English Heritage guidebook for the site.
