Description

A spout bobbin is a round piece of wood which fits between a drainpipe and the wall. By the 1950s spout bobbins were one of the main products produced at Stott Park Bobbin Mill.

The illustration is reproduced in the 1983 Department of the Environment guidebook for Stott Park Bobbin Mill.
