The plan was drawn from A Description of the Baths and Wash-houses belonging to the Corporation of Liverpool (Liverpool: 1846), Liverpool Record Office, Liverpool Libraries.

A coloured and annotated copy of this plan is reproduced as Figure 48 on page 55 of ‘Building a Better Society: Liverpool's Historic Institutional Buildings’ by Colum Giles (2008).
