Circa 1800 pair of shops, now in single occupation. Two storeys and dormers.

Two windows. Tile roof with ridge stack. Red brick. Stucco ground floor. Flat topped dormer sashes. Gauged flat red brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Good original shopfronts with narrow pilasters carrying entablature with projecting, bracketted cornice and upswept frieze. Each former shop with paired windows, that on north retaining glazing bars. Half glazed doorway at south end; former shop doorway at north end blocked. Passage entrance at north end. The building had been converted to a public house before 1877.
