Small house, now education centre. Probably late C18; altered.
White-painted render on brick, slate roof. Double-depth double-fronted plan. Two storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical, with 1st-floor sill-band; central doorway protected by small lean-to latticed porch; 16-pane unhorned sashed windows with exposed boxes. Gable chimneys. Rear: one small horizontal-sliding sash on each floor. Interior not inspected.
Attached to, and forming group with Nos 803 and 805 (which are part of The Grove, q.v.).
