Cottage. c.1810. Watershot stone with stone slate roof.

Double depth, single room wide with door to right and also to centre of gable, and lean to at rear. Square cut flush monolithic jambs and lintels to door and windows. Ground floor window was formerly sashed, first floor is 3-light mullioned "weaver's window" (formerly 7-light), stone quoins. Mullioned windows to rear.
