Cottage row. Late Cl7 to right with C19 extensions to left and C20 extensions to rear. Timber frame of thin scantling to right with brown brick infill on rendered plinth to right, whitewashed brick to centre and weatherboard cladding to first floor left. Plain tiled roofs, of shallower pitch to left and half-hipped to right. At right angles to street. One storey and attics with ridge stack to left, rear ridge stack to centre.
Hillier Cottage (to right): Two through-eaves gabled dormers over two ground floor casement windows under drip boards. Central plank door under flat hood.
October Cottage (to left): One gabled through-eaves dormer and one window on ground floor to left. Panelled door under flat hood to right. Further door in C20 brick extension to rear left.
