GODALMING MEADROW SU 9744 NE (south east side) 9/158 Nos 62 and 64 - II
House, now with commercial premises. Early C19 with later C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick with some grey-glazed headers in Flemish bond; slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays with single-storey bay to left. C20 shop front on right has steps up to glazed door with shop window on its left, fascia board and cornice. To left, canted bay window has sashes with glazing bars, frieze and cornice. Other windows are ashes with glazing bars under gauged flat brick arches and with stone cills. Hipped roof with central stack, and another to left side at rear. Single-storey bay on left has 6-panel door (top 4 panels now glazed) and parapet partially concealing roof, half-hipped at left end. Returns of main range have sashes with glazing bars under segmental brick arches.
Workshop attached to right, set back, not of speciai interest.
