SADDLEWORTH HUDDERSFIELD ROAD SD 91 SE (south side) Denshaw 1/163 Boothstead - II House. "TSES 1724" (Thomas Savill) on relocated door lintel.

Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2-unit gable-entrance plan with 2 storeys. Quoins. 3 and 4-light ground floor windows and two 3-light first floor windows all with double-chamfered cavetto-moulded stone mullions. Later door in left gable. Right gable largely rebuilt and dated lintel inserted in C20 porch. C20 window openings at rear. Interior much altered.
