Pair of small town houses, latterly a workshop but now offices internally integrated with No.68 Bank Parade (qv). c1820-30; altered. Watershot coursed sandstone, slate roof. Double-depth plan, each houses single-fronted. 2 storeys over cellars; doorways to the right, with plain surrounds; 12-pane sashed windows with raised sills and plain surrounds. Gable chimney to the right. Rear and INTERIOR altered. Forms group with Nos 64-68 Bank Parade adjoining to the left (qv).
