C17 timber-framed and plastered house with a cross wing at the south end, with exposed timber-framing in the gable. Altered in the C18 and later. The cross wing is 2 storeyed and the main block is one storey and attics. Casement windows.
Roof slate, with one sloping roofed dormer and an original shafted external chimney stack at the south end. (RCHM 23).
