Barn, one of a symmetrically placed pair both similar and now converted to commercial use. Early C19. Gault and red brick, slate roofs. T plan with central waggon porch projecting to E.

E front elevation: gault brick walling has chequer pattern of aerating pierced bricks, central porch, red brick. Roofs - barn half hipped, porch fully hipped. Porch doorway lower part blocked, red brick. Large 2-leaf loading door over. Rear W elevation: flat and similar to front with central waggon way. C20 metal door and 3 upper glazed lights, glazing bars, 9x2 panes in all. Facade with 8 red brick pilasters rising to eaves entablature. Upper loading door second `bay' from N. Ground floor, red brick lean-to at N end. S end elevation: half hipped gable end, red brick detailing as W elevation and carried up to gable, central upper segment-headed window but was a loading door, pintles remain. INTERIOR: red brick, contiguous with porch showing that barn and porch are contemporary. Roof soft wood, V strut system.
