BOURTON-ON-THE-HILL BOURTON VILLAGE SP 1732 10/35 Rectory Cottages II Two cottages semi-detached. Late C18-early C19 with C20 extension.

Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate roof, limestone gable end coping, ashlar and C20 artificial stone stacks.

Concrete tile roof. Rectangular plan with C20 extension left gable end. 2 storeys, upper storey lit by - 4 dormers across eaves. All 2-light metal casements with leaded lights to main body. 4-windowed main body. Segmental heads to all ground floor windows and doors of main body. 3-light wood mullioned window (now blocked) in right gable end. Doors to main body: C19 plank door off-centre left; C20 part glazed door right. C20 extension with roof at lower level on left. One windowed; 2-light C20 casements. Single plank door lower right. Roof of main body: remains of ashlar right gable end stack with C20 artificial stone stack adjacent. Central single ashlar stack with moulded cap artificial stone left gable end stack. Flat gable end coping to right gable end.
