BOURTON-ON-THE-HILL BOURTON VILLAGE SP 1732 10/37 Holly Cottage (formerly listed as The Corner) 25.8.60 II Detached cottage. C18 altered C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate roof with limestone gable coping, ashlar and brick stacks. Rectangular plan with later outshut at rear.
Symmetrical facade: 2 storeys and garret. 2-windowed: 2-light wood casements. Part-glazed C20 central plank door. 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned casements in left gable end to garret and first floor respectively. Flat limestone gable coping with roll-cross saddle on right. Brick stack from right gable end. Single ashlar stack from eaves left.
