Mortuary chapel. Dated 1879. By John Francis Greswolde. Stone rubble, partly reused medieval masonry, with ashlar dressings; tiled roof with diaper and bonded decoration; gable parapets; timber-framed bell turret with slate roof. 2 bays; 2 cusped lancets to north and south elevations; east elevation has a 3-light Decorated window. West doorway has pointed arch with reveals and drip mould. Interior: timber roof with 3 hammer- beam trusses; remains of Norman font with chevron detail; contemporary pews and altar table; 2 C18 wall memorials at west end, 4 late C19 wall memorials at east end. Chapel is built on the site of the east end of the former parish church.
