Circa 1840. Three storeys stucco faced, flanked by pilasters, caps above on plain parapet, moulded cornice and plain frieze. Two windows. Second floor ones placed directly below frieze, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, plain stucco surrounds, block sills on consoles. First floor centred flat fronted bow similar to those on Nos 61, 61A but with glazing bars intact. Late Victorian/Edwardian shop front.

The Royal Victoria Arcade and Nos 58 to 62 (consec) form a group.
