Shop with housing above: early C19 with C20 alterations. Washed Flemish bond brick, Kerridge stone-slate roof and a brick chimney. 2 storey, 2-bay front. Ground storey has 2 Georgian-style bowed shop windows flanking a glazed door. Above are C20 mullioned and transomed wooden casements under cambered brick heads with 2-light casements in the storey.

Formerly a public house, this was added to Spindles and the Post Office and was all formerly listed as one item.
