2 shops with housing above: late C18 with C20 alterations. Washed Flemish bond brick, Kerridge stone-slate roof and 3 brick chimneys, 2 storey, 3-bay front. Lower storey has 2 Georgian style shop windows (bowed at Spindles) and 2 partly glazed doors. Above are 12-pane sashes under flat wedged brick heads with stone keyblocks and 6-pane sashes in the storey.
