SADDLEWORTH NEW BARN SD 90 NE Delph 3/208 No.1 - - II House. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2 bays and 3 storeys with later single-storey extension to rear. Door with square-cut surround flanked by 2 and 4-light ground floor windows. 9- light first and second floor windows to front and rear (one with 7 lights blocked). All windows have recessed flat-faced stone mullions, the upper floors with king mullions. 2-light gable windows and a door in the right gable at first floor level which is approached by stone steps. Gable chimney stack.
