The 'Cumberland and Westmoreland Mental Hospital', originally built as the 'Cumberland and Westmorland Lunatic Asylum', was later known as Garlands Hospital.
'Easiform' was a method of constructing housing using pre-cast concrete slabs cast on site and was developed from 1919 onwards.
This image was catalogued in 2013 as part of a pilot project funded by the John Laing Charitable Trust.
