Description

Two sugar silos were built by Laing for the British Sugar Corporation Limited at the Bardney Sugar Factory. The prestressed post-tensioned concrete silos were made with sliding formwork using hydraulic climbing jacks. In the negative register 'N Hamer' is written in the subject column, this may be a reference to the photographer.
