Section C of the London to Yorkshire Motorway is between Gayhurst and Kislingbury. The caption beneath the corresponding album print reads '19RB Dragline forming the batters in 30ft deep cutting. Background: a fleet of DW21 Scrapers excavating motorway in cutting, chainage 43,000 - 46,000.'
