Description

The Social Sciences and Education Building was designed by the architect Donald McMorran and was built by Laing for the University of Nottingham. Work on the site started on 23rd June 1959 and was completed by December 1960. This three-storey brick building originally consisted of a central block with a north and south wing with a lecture theatre annex, but has since been extended to the west and is now the Law & Social Science building.
