This residential course was organised by Battle of Britain House along with Laing's Personnel Department. 23 people from various departments across the country attended, some of them with their wives. Talks included advice on health, hobbies and financial planning in retirement and another on 'Planning the house for retirement.' In this photograph, A Anderson, who was a retired director of the company, is seen sitting on the left.
