Description

Bronze on granite base and plinth by John Bell, dated 1859-60. There is a figure of Honour on a taller pedestal with three Guardsmen stood in front. Further down the road statues of Lord Herbert of Lea and Florence Nightingale form parts of an overall larger composition.
