Description

Marble. Signed by Robert Jackson, 1870. The statue is an over life-sized scuplture of Henry John Temple, Viscount Palmerston, Prime Minister. He wears robes and stands on a circular pedestal which has the inscription "Born 1784 - Deain 1865". It stands near Palmerston's place of burial in the north transept of the Abbey.
