Description

There is no information on where the original of this plaque is kept, as the monument to Peyto and his wife Elizabeth in St Giles Church, Chesterton, is entirely different. This memorial uses Latin text by Pierce which was subsequently published as part of his 'Empsychon Nekron' (1659). The left-hand side of this rubbing is MD003716.
