Description

This sketch has been made on the reverse of a sheet which was previously the bottom right-hand corner of a copy of a sheet showing details of strengthening for the County Hall's existing timber staircase. This was Ministry of Works sheet XD1/4A (282/110) from August 1955 (revised to 24th October 1955).
