The item has been copied from MP/BAH0183. Areas are coloured in red crayon, and a note in black ink dated 18th February 1977, give details of the repairs, 'completed as per drawing'. The item was signed by B. Clark [and ?Hargreaves] on 15th June 1976. A pencilled note at the top reads 'for Renofors' and a crayoned annotation reads 'repair by Renofors.'
