The item has been copied from MP/BAH0233. Annotations in red crayon give details of the repairs. According to the signatures on the label, it was issued to the contractor on 31st March 1977. B. Clark and [signature illegible] have signed on the 22nd April 1977 to confirm the date the item was amended.
