The item has been copied from MP/BAH0233. Although it has a later job number than MP/BAH0309, the dates of the signatures suggest that it is an earlier version of it. Annotations in red ink give details of the repairs. According to B. Clark's signature on the label, it was issued to the contractor on 1st March 1977.
