Description

The item has been copied from MP/BAH0246. Annotations in red crayon give details of the repairs. A note written in blue ink at the top right-hand corner of the item reads: 'ST36: wrong hole. ST38: detail not shown. ST 36 - eg. of careless drawing.' According to B. Clark's signature on the label, the item was issued to the contractor on 31st March 1977.
