The item is a copy of MP/BAH0219. Annotations in red crayon and black ink give details of the completed repairs. The item was 'checked' on 18th February 1977; [illegible signature] has written that the repairs were 'amended as in black' and B. Clark signed the item on 27th May 1976, and again on 5th August 1976 to say that repairs were completed.
