The item is a copy of MP/BAH0220. Annotations in red crayon and black ink give details of the completed repairs. A note dated 18th February 1977 says 'repairs carried out as per drawing.' B. Clark signed the item on 27th May 1976, and again on 5th August 1976 to say that repairs were completed.
