Description

The copy is probably a later version of MP/BEL0005. A note says that the original plan was 'collected from Belsay Estate Office 21/6/78.' The copy has a Department of the Environment label which gives the date as July 1980. The floor plans of the hall and stables are shown, with their dimensions written in, inset with a site plan and a sectional elevation. Some of the rooms on the first and second floors of the hall are numbered, and some of the rooms on the ground floor are named. An annotation reads: 'North Yard: Contractor restricted to area within :_____ Site: _____ (Refer to spec).' Part of the title says that the hall is 'the property of Stephen M. Middleton Esq.' The job number is 80050 DAMHB, and the drawing number is 999/AB1/1.
