The item is a later version of MP/BEL0055. Various parts of the plan have been erased, and additions and notes drawn on in pencil and red and yellow crayon. A note in one corner in blue crayon says 'Drawn.' The plan is marked with two section lines. The item is sheet two of twelve, job number 26612. The sheet number is S478/81. The date of survey was January 1981.
