Description

Parts of the drawing are in colour. The sheet has the name 'R Gilyard-Beer' at the foot and an unclear word which appears to be 'ACCAM', 'ALLAM' or 'ACLAM'. Beer was the author of several Ministry of Public Buildings and Works/Department of the Environment guidebooks and publications in the 1960s, but his association with this drawing is obscure.
