Description

Labelled a 'record plan'. For both buildings there is a general note discribing the materials used, the estimated and actual cost and the commencement and completion dates.

The sections and elevations are at 1" to 10 ft, the plans are at 1" to 15 ft and the site plan is at 1:2500.

There are some undated alterations in red pen.

The sections include foundations and the plans include the utility pipes.
