Marked drawing number one. Hand-tinted drawings featuring block plan showing utilities including gas, water, old and new drains. Also five longitudinal and transverse section drawings showing footings of end and front wall. The drawing has been signed and dated twice, once by Thomas Marrable, Clerk of Works, February 1865 and later by George Hyman, 30th March 1865.
