Description

There are plans of the top and internal organisation of the battery and a longitudinal and cross section. There is also a note giving the estimated and actual cost of building and the authorisation, commencement and completion dates. Some minor pencil notes and sketches have been added at unknown date. A Royal Engineer has written 'Drawn from actual measurements' and signed the plan. In a different hand is a date of tracing and signature and a further signature that corresponds to the tracing date which is thus given as the date of the item. The plan has faded considerably, as can bee seen from the reverse.
