Description

Drawing number one. Copied from MP/DOV0260, based on original survey of 16th February 1886. Also signed as drainage completed and corrected to date on 27th April 1896. Plans include ground- and first-floor plan of residence and ground, upper and roof plan of stables, annotated with uses of accommodation. Reference key to date and cost of project, plus explanatory key to position of services. Plans are hand-tinted to denote different materials used.
