Description

The exact location of these bunkers within the castle is unclear but the windows suggest they are on the surface. There are some wartime shelters marked outside the castle to the north. The drawings are in pencil with the annotations in pen and ink. The entire plan is marked 1:50, this appears to be the scale for the plan of the lower bunker and the front elevation (by comparison with the window size on the detailed plan). The details are at a scale of 1:10. The plan of the room, side elevation and section appears to be at twice the scale of the front elevation, 1:100.
