The notes identify details of the road's construction and changes to the adjacent ground, utilities and structures. Levels are given at many points along the road. The initial plan was drawn up in June 1975 and the levels amended on 4th January 1976; final amendments were made to reflect the road 'As Built' on 26th July 1977.
