Description

The plan shows all the buildings in this corner of the castle and those that contain the underground works are cut away to reveal the passageways. The plan is in felt tip pen with some washed colour. It is labelled as the first draft although it builds on earlier drawings (see cross-references). The final version is presumed to be a publication drawing but this is still at working stage. No scale is given on the plan but enlarge to 1:100 is written, suggesting it must be to some scale at present.
