The plan has been copied back to front on the reverse of the sheet and the water pipes and notes have been added on the front by hand, using stencils.

The office of origin is listed as the Department of the Environment DAMHB but Stelmec Engineering Consultants is written at the top of the title bar. Possibly this drawing was based on a survey by those consultants
