Description

Pencil additions have been made showing the proposed layout of the new house for Mr and Mrs Courtauld. Each part of the medieval building is clearly shown, the chapel and Great Hall are especially prominent. Courtyards are marked on the plan. A scale is shown in the centre of the drawing. The item has been copied next to a scale bearing the name of the British Museum. The item is kept in a conservation folder. The measurements given are for the actual item itself.
